In order to register to the PSMR2024 Conference it is necessary to have an Indico account. If you do not have one, please follow the instructions in the prompt window that appears when you start the registration process.

The Conference secretariat will take care of the Hotel reservation until the 5th of May according to the requests made during the registration process. Please note that after this deadline we cannot guarantee an accommodation.

The registration fee for regular participants is 610 €, including conference material, lunch, coffee breaks, and social events. For participants from industry, the registration fee is 1210 €. In addition to what is included in regular registration, industrial participants can have, on request, a talk in a dedicated industrial session. Sponsorship options are also available for industrial participants. Bus transportation from Rome and Pisa airports to the conference venue and vice versa will be made available at an additional cost (check the travel information page). Fees are valid until the 21st of April. After that date, a late registration fee of 750 € (regular) / 1350 € (industrial) will be applied.

Billing information

Participants must specify in the registration form the billing details necessary to prepare the invoice; they are invited to check with their administration if the invoice must be put in the institution's name or in the participant's name. If the invoice is addressed to the institution, it is necessary to provide the following information:

  • Name of the institution
  • Full address of the institution
  • VAT number of the institution

If the invoice is addressed to the individual, it is necessary to provide:

  • Full name of the participant
  • Personal address
  • Place and date of birth or codice fiscale if from Italy

Information for participants from Italian public bodies

If your host Institute/University applies the split payment or is VAT-exempt, please contact the organizers before paying the fee, in order to have confirmation of the exact amount to pay (net amount).

Cancellation policy

All refund requests must be in writing by mail to the Conference Secretary as soon as possible. The Conference committee reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of part or all of the fee in the case of late cancellation. However, each case of cancellation would be considered individually.
